The first boat in its class to offer such comfortableliving quarters for increased maneuverability and sensations similar to those of a small outboard, the Gran Turismo 36 provides immediate access to a multitude of pleasures: ready…set sail!” With 2×300 hp/HP inboard diesel engine or 2×300 hp/HP or 2×350 hp/HP outboard engine, the maximum speed of the Gran Turismo 36 ranges from 30 to 35 knots. With a joystick that doubles as a steering wheel, the Gran Turismo 36 is an easy-to-use and maneuver express cruiser. As an option, it can be equipped with a bow thruster and two 12-inch Garmin screens to indulge in just the ultimate in navigation assistance.

Bénéteau Gran Turismo 36 – The Exterior

The aerodynamic hard top of the Gran Turismo 36 serves as an introduction to a sporty and elegant express cruiser. On a hull equipped withZipwake for tacking stability, the deck plan offers dedicated spaces for every moment of life aboard. A large sunpad recessed at the tip of the bow creates a unique space. With the hard top equipped with a sunroof, the stern of the Bénéteau Gran Turismo 36 manages to provide both protection and openness to the sea. The large square in the cockpit is gathered around the table that can seat up to 8 people. Aft, a large sundeck overlooks the sea with, opposite, the outdoor kitchen. At the driver’s station, two double sofas facing the sea allow 4 people to share the pilot’s sensations.

In the cockpit, the sundeck that extends into the swim platform creates a true terrace on the water. In the bow, a generous recessed sundeck creates a very pleasant and also particularly safe lounge area while sailing. Sheltered by its sunshade (optional), accessorized with liftable headrests, cup holders and built-in speakers, it becomes a real living room. Open on the swim platform and protected by the hard top, the Bénéteau Gran Turismo 36’s outdoor galley is a strategic point on the boat. On the lower deck, the main galley features an equipment level up to any culinary prowess.

Interiors

Flooded with light thanks to the hull’s long portholes, the lower deck goes far beyond any standard of habitability and comfort usually found on boats of this size. The two double cabins, cozy saloon, galley, and bathroom are set up with attention to detail and an especially high level of finish. At the tip of the bow is a true master cabin with a double bed and quarters. Aft, the guest cabin offers two berths that can be joined or separated depending on crew composition. In the independent bathroom, shower and toilet are separate.
