Born of the collaboration between Bénéteau, Massimo Gino (Nauta Design) and Amedeo Migali (MICAD), the Bénéteau Grand Trawler 62 is the result of work that capitalizes on the success of the Swift Trawler range and its highly autonomous, functional and spacious boats, but also on the Bénéteau Group’s experience in producing luxury units.
Bénéteau Grand Trawler 62 – The Exterior
The Grand Trawler 62 is characterized by its displacement hull, specially developed by MICAD with the aim of improving its range and efficiency to enable it to undertake long-distance cruising. It spans over 18.95 meters in length and over 5 meters in hull width. Designed to accommodate 6 to 8 people on board (plus 2 crew members), it impresses with its flybridge, one of the largest on the market. Comfortable and seaworthy, with its 900-nautical-mile range and raised center cockpit, this boat is the ideal companion for low-speed cruising, where you can engage in contemplation or escape the routine, without forgetting leisure activities.
Interiors
Astonishing for itsincredible interior volumes, equivalent to those found aboard much larger units, and with an ingenious layout, the Grand Trawler 62 can also comfortably accommodate a crew. Brushed wood, leather, and sophisticated fabrics, the interior design has been studied in detail by Nauta Design. Spaces are large and well-defined; the kitchen can be completely separated. The master suite, in the center of the ship, cleverly takes advantage of the master beam and gives the impression of being in a real hotel suite. The real luxury today is being able to find time, extra time to spend with family and friends. Nauta, the designer of this new unit, managed to strike the right balance between creating large sharing spaces and very comfortable private spaces. The functional arrangements so appreciated by our Trawler customers have been skillfully integrated into an elegant atmosphere. The hull’s generous volume was used to provide airy and bright spaces. Inside, the quality of woods, soft leather and other fabrics emphasize the choice of refined style.
