PlasDECK Classic
PlasDECK Classic is the only one with an anti-aging patent. All types of plastic contain oils which are usually free to move within it. They will migrate to the surface, where they may be washed away or migrate downward in the material, compromising the glue seal.
The oils contained in PlasDECK do not migrate and are locked in place. This means that it will not dry out and/or crumble over time while also maintaining its adhesion to the substrate. This is an exclusive proprietary process and cannot be found in other synthetic coating products on the market due to two U.S. patents (U.S. Patents 7,578,251 and 7,616,791).

PlasDECK Classic. better UV protection
It features the best UV protection available on the market, that is, the same as that used to protect the plastic parts of cars from the best automakers. UV protection is within the entire thickness of the material to prevent it from diminishing over time.
PlasDECK Classic in wet environments
Mold and fungi can grow in all wet environments. However, with the anti-fungal additive in this synthetic teak, mold and mildew do not have a chance to form. Due to its unique chemical composition it will always keep this protection inside, preventing their migration to the surface as is the case with other products on the market.
PlasDECK Classic: better adhesion
Tests have shown that having a smooth surface on the bottom provides better adhesion and allows the use of less adhesive than grooved bottoms. Grooved products are more prone to premature release because it is difficult to ensure that all areas of a grooved design are evenly filled with glue. This can create voids that trap air and moisture below the material, promoting the formation of air bubbles.
PlasDECK Classic is resistant to bleach
Unlike other synthetic decking systems, PlasDECK does not suffer from bleach. It will not fade, so you can use bleach on board without fear of discoloration.
Anti-slip and cooler
PlasDECK will never make you slip, its non-slip grip is the best both wet and dry thanks to the grip provided by its surface. For the same coloring, it reaches temperatures 3 to 6 degrees lower than other synthetic teak on the market. This difference, on very hot days, allows even more optimal comfort. In addition, the Coolteak color range reaches even lower temperatures due to very light color shades .
Plasdeck is 100% environmentally friendly
SYNTEAK is very sensitive to environmental issues and offers a fully recyclable product. All processing waste is recycled by the manufacturing company to create other products (Only manufacturing company that recycles the product internally), and the processed and installed material can be recovered and recycled at the end of its life cycle.
