Sunbeam Yachts 22.1

Young, sporty, elegant

The continuous lines along the hull and the self-adjusting backstay-free rig underline the dual ambition, cruising and racing, of the Sunbeam 22.1. Two-metre long seats, bow and stern pulleys included in the standard version, railings, swim ladder and automatic winches on the cabin roof reflect the demand for comfort on board.

Sunbeam 22.1 – Exteriors

In collaboration with J&J Design, numerous sophisticated solutions have been developed down to the smallest detail, such as the retractable pre-balanced helm or the swivelling ballast bar. In this model, the ballast body is integrated into the hull to ensure high safety and stability. The outboard motor can be lifted easily and safely out of the water using a convenient rail and stored in one of the rear boxes in the cockpit without having to be dismantled. The Sunbeam 22.1 – with a length of 6.70 metres and a width of 2.45 metres – can be easily loaded and transported thanks to its size, its low weight of 1.2 tonnes and, last but not least, its integrated mast fastening device. With a mainsail of 17.5 square metres and a headsail of 9 square metres, the new Sunbeam 22.1 is anything but underperforming and can also be optionally equipped with a furling gennaker.

Sunbeam 22.1 – Interiors

Thanks to the special forward hull design, the double berth interior offers ample space for all on-board needs and boat configuration and can be extended to four berths if required. Whether for family holidays or racing, the new Sunbeam 22.1 is the ideal solution for sailors who want to be free to move around in a versatile way all year round.
