Sunbeam Yachts 40.1

Sporty, elegant and innovative

The new Sunbeam 40.1 has a twin wheel steering system with safe and secure steering positions. Halyards, sheets and ropes are guided safely and easily to the cockpit for easy handling. The mainsheet and genoa winches are positioned so that they can be operated from the helm. A double-sided mainsheet is standard, while a self-tacking jib is also available as an option.

Sunbeam 40.1 – Exteriors

The Sunbeam 40.1 is designed for easy, enjoyable and comfortable sailing and so is life on board. For example, the Sunbeam 40.1 features a large folding swim platform that includes a folding ladder with handrail. A teak wood finish is standard on the platform and in the cockpit. Between the cockpit and the aft platform, the Sunbeam 40.1 offers a large sundeck with a large locker underneath. Combined with the lockers under the cockpit bench seats, there is ample stowage space for extended periods on board.

Sunbeam 40.1 – Interiors

The interior design of the Sunbeam 40.1 is modern, light and airy. The layout is also flexible because you can choose between a two-cabin and a three-cabin version. The forward cabin can be designed with a central island bed or as a V-shaped berth and shower space. The aft area can be designed with two double cabins or an aft cabin to port and a huge storage locker to starboard. The L-shaped galley has been carefully designed and is equipped with all the equipment you would expect to find in your own home.
