Superb sailing performance and luxurious interior accommodations are the main features of Bandolero, the only yacht in its class to have a pilothouse with a fully protected second command post, as well as protected seating on the aft deck. This Swan 77 RS was designed with a versatile 5-cabin layout and the option of European and American power, underwent major refits and overhauls in 2012 and 2018, and has always been maintained in excellent condition. It is currently at the port of Genoa for those interested in visiioning it.

Originating from the pencil of Germán Frers and subsequently produced in 10 examples between 1992 and 2004 by the Finnish Nautor’s Swan shipyard, the Swan 77 is an impressive ocean cruiser capable of traversing even the most difficult waters.

INTERIOR

Located aft, the master cabin has two large double berths and a useful fold-down desk placed between them; with the desk folded down, a 5-step ladder fits in its place to give private, direct access to the deck. In the bow we find a mirror and chair, several drawers, cabinets, and bookcases, and a bathroom with shower, sink, and Vacu-Flush marine toilet. We then find a single cabin, which can be used alternately as a small single guest cabin or as a dedicated skipper’s cabin if the owner desires a large crew, has overlapping bunks and a bathroom with shower, sink and Vacu-Flush toilet.

Continuing into the salon we find an L-shaped bar area with a sink sink, refrigerator, icemaker and bottle rack, two stools and a counter surrounded by a teak handrail and stainless steel railing-a functional and social space for guests. The living room then has a large U-shaped sofa and dining table, an L-shaped sofa, and a coffee table that create a separate lounge area. The kitchen, also U-shaped, has a 4-burner stainless gas stove with stainless oven and hood, Black and Decker stainless microwave, stainless double sink, 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer.
