We at Giornale della Vela, lovers of the sea and nature, have been using the visibility we can give to the world of sustainability through our newspapers, websites and social networks to promote worthy initiatives, both with projects developed internally, such as Medplastic, and with projects carefully selected from those of our partners.

Today we are proud to propose a new initiative: Photography for Futures, a project that completes our vision of protection and preservation of our planet. The photographic initiative is aimed at the protection of forests, in particular of the Mata Atlantica, Brazilian coastal rainforest, reduced by 90% due to man.

ONE PHOTO = ONE TREE

How does it work? Order one or more photographs of the greatest photographers of National Geographic proposed by the portal and according to the size required plant as many trees as possible (we personally are at 115).

The project is entirely charitable and non-profit, the creator is Paige Hahn, Californian transplanted to Milan who has made sustainability her “mission” of life. Passing through the link of our store in Milan Yachting Week you will plant one more tree, so if you care about the fate of our forests, find out more and click here.
